How to become a member

Thank you for your inquiry about our unit 1st Infantry Division "Tadeusza Kosciuszki". We are a dedicated group of military/history "nuts" recreating the time period from 1943-1945.

You don't have to be Polish or speak Polish to join, we want you to add to the unit not only by your presence, but also with your historical interpretation.

Keep in mind like any hobby it cost money. The "basic" cost will be around $400-$500. As you get more involved in building a correct impression you might go well over that amount. But since building an impression takes time your expenses can be spread out and therefore easier to bear.

Basic equipment required
Russian steel M.40 helmet with painted Polish Eagle

One ammo pouch
Mosin M.91/30 rifle
Canteen
Ankle boots or Jack boots
Leather or web belt with roller buckle
Polish "rogatywka" cap or Russian "pilotka" side cap with crownless eagle

or take a look at the equipment page.
